Capturing the image through a lens or paint has always satisfied the human need to preserve a moment in time, to give it a chance to avoid death. We are products of our personal (and collective) history, the knowledge of which could be a key to resolving the causes of past mistakes and how to avoid newer ones.
“The point before the point” (Hesiod).
